Although many other locations in north central Illinois were considered, Spring Valley's proximity to the interstate highway network and its diverse and tenacious workforce ultimately made it the first choice for the facility. We continue to be exceptionally pleased with that decision. The talent available here in the Illinois Valley has allowed us to build a dedicated team of associates, and the local area has provided over 80% of the buildings current leadership. The community has been tremendously supportive, municipal agencies have accommodated our needs, and local businesses have provided many of the products and services necessary to smoothly open and operate our building.
